Central Recruitment Centres (CRC)
The CRC's is a JV between Anglo Platinum and the Department of Labour with the aim of counteracting unemployment. The objective of the Central Recruitment Centres is to target and create employment for people living in pre-defined areas. The system allows Anglo Platinum as well as contractors working for Anglo Platinum to utilise it for lower level employment related queries. Contracts are tracked on the system and project intervention successes are easily measured.
